Vast plateau, relatively flat, between 1200 and 1300 meters high, accessible from Lecco in about half an hour by car.
The location, restful and very green, lies at the foot of the southern Grigna (or Grignetta) and consists of an expanse of meadows woods of beech, birch and conifers, gently sloping towards Abbadia Lariana and Mandello del Lario.

Another beautiful wonder is the park, founded in 1961 extends on the sides covered by lush forests and the heights of the top Calolden, or top of Paradise, and Mount Coltignone.
